HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE WHERE I LITERALLY FEARED FOR MY SAFETY!!! I went to this salon back around christmas time and I was very happy with the lady who did my pedicure and nails. So I returned after giving my nails a break for about 7 months to grow healthy and strong. I called the salon yesterday and was really excited to go back and get them done for the first time. After a long break, when I got there, the woman who did my pedicure was very aggressive with her questioning and random statement, she would say that already was making me very uncomfortable. I was on my phone while she was doing my pedicure, and she had asked me to put my foot flat, I didn't realize he was speaking to me as I was distracted on my phone, and she got very aggressive and started making very inappropriate comments under her breath. Simply because I could not hear Her. Then, she proceeded to tell me how I should go to other salons. In the area which I thought was more than inappropriate, as I was. There telling her about a good experience. I had previously. She seemed very confused like she did not know what she was doing on top of that. That's not even the worst of it as I moved on to get my nails done to a different woman. This woman was screaming aloud for everyone to hear what kind of person doesn't know how to put their foot flat, their parent and mother must not have raised them right? And was making so many aggressive inappropriate comments where my anxiety was triggered and my hands were literally shaking the whole time. I was there! You cannot treat someone this way in a public business. And all of the other women working there just kept apologizing for her saying she did not take her medication that day. So I guess that justified aggressive abusive treatment to customers. I'm waiting for a call back to tell the owner directly. What happened to see What kind of measures are going to be taken to prevent this from happening to other customers as well as what he's going to do to smooth over my experience, because nothing was done at all to rectify. Such a horrible experience. And I paid full price as well. I will be filing a complaint with the cosmetology board in detail of my experience as there were many witnesses present as well, they're lucky I did not call the police and file charges for disorderly conduct and harassment!!!

I got my dip manicure done here for the first time yesterday. I also got a pedicure. The pedicure is great. No complaints whatsoever. However, my fingers are extremely aggravated as noted by all the redness at my cuticle. Could potentially be an allergy, but five out of 10 fingers at the cuticle are really sore, somewhat swollen, and red. The woman was so sweet! But I’m not sure what products they use that could cause such irritation. I will probably stick with my regular place in Brookhaven. Just wanted to post in case anybody else has the same issue.

I would never go back to this place. Yes the people were really nice, however I kept telling the nail that my real nail was exposed and the dip powder wasn’t across the whole nail bed and she kept saying “no it’s skin.” As you can see a majority of my nails are sticking out the sides. Plus, $97 for dip powder with tip and a regular pedicure seems outrageous to me. I usually pay $75 for my regular spot for the same thing (they were overbooked). Now I have to fix my own nails after spending that kind of money!

The only reason I am giving more that 1 star is because the technician did a good job on my callous and clipping the paint job however well the old “I good do better” applies I guess this is what happens when a pedicure takes 15 minutes. Will not return
